You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

If you are a vendor on the platform, you are solely responsible for the products you list, including ensuring that the products are accurately described, comply with all applicable laws, and are not counterfeit or illegal. Vendors are also responsible for handling customer service, returns, and warranties for their products.

5. Buying Products

When purchasing products on Autopartify, you understand that you are entering into an agreement with the individual vendor and not with Autopartify. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by vendors. It is the buyer’s responsibility to carefully review product descriptions and vendor reviews before making a purchase.

6. Payments

All payments for products purchased on Autopartify are processed through third-party payment providers. Autopartify does not directly process or store payment information. By purchasing a product, you agree to pay the listed price, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Vendors are responsible for setting prices and complying with tax regulations.

7. Shipping and Returns

Shipping policies and return policies are determined by individual vendors. Please review the vendor’s policies before making a purchase. Autopartify is not responsible for shipping delays, lost items, or issues related to returns or refunds. Any disputes regarding shipping or returns must be handled directly with the vendor.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under these Terms. You agree not to engage in any activity that could harm Autopartify or its users, including but not limited to:

• Posting false, misleading, or inaccurate information.
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions.
• Violating any local, national, or international laws.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the platform.
• Impersonating another person or entity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, designs, trademarks, and software on Autopartify are the property of Autopartify or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any content from the platform without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autopartify shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or the purchase of any products through the platform. Autopartify is not responsible for any disputes between buyers and vendors, including disputes related to product quality, shipping, or refunds.

11. Termination

Autopartify reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or engaging in prohibited activities.

12. Amendments to Terms

Autopartify reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Autopartify operates. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
