Autopartify Return Policy
At Autopartify, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We work hard to ensure that every part you purchase meets your expectations. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to assist you through our hassle-free return process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Certain items, such as custom orders or electrical components, may not be eligible for returns unless they are defective.
2. Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:
- Contact our customer service team at support@autopartify.com or call us at +971-524715559 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it to the following address:

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Special orders or customized parts
- Clearance items marked as "Final Sale"
- Electrical parts, unless they arrive defective
- Items that have been installed, used, or damaged beyond testing or inspection
4. Refunds
After receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, we will process your refund as follows:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
- If you paid by credit card, please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
5. Restocking Fees
A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returned items. No restocking fee will be charged if the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (such as sending the wrong or defective part). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For defective or incorrect items, Autopartify will cover the return shipping cost.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us with your order number and the details of the replacement part you require. We will process the exchange, subject to the availability of the replacement part. If the part is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Parts
If you receive a damaged or incorrect part, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement at no additional cost.
9. Warranty Returns
Certain parts may be covered under a manufacturer’s warranty. If you believe your part qualifies for a warranty return, please contact our support team. Note that warranty returns may take longer to process depending on the manufacturer.
